Who doesn't like a quick and healthful snack? Am I right?! This granola is jam-packed with clean, nutrient dense ingredients. Plus, it's completely gluten-free!
There are so many ways to make this granola versatile. I love adding fresh, organic blueberries, a sprinkle of hemp seeds, and a healthy dollop of plain Greek yogurt. Play around with your favorite superfoods.
What else is awesome about this recipe is that there are lots of room for variations in it of itself. Try switching out the orange for lemon or grapefruit zest, or throw in some pistachios instead of pecans. This recipe is your oyster! Probably don't add any actual oyster to it though ;)
